Hey! I'm an esthetician about to start my first job at a spa.. I'm wanting to fine tune my makeup look to make sure it's current and professional. any tips or advice? :) I'm 19 but I'm told I look really young... So any tips on helping me look just a tad older too :)

Stick to the basics use the naked pallet or just neutrals any thing to colorful will make you look younger.

Eyeliner, mascara neutral shadow and lip gloss. it's looks natural but also enhances your great features without looking like your over doing it for work.

What about foundation... What sort of a finish do I want on my skin? If that makes sense

You should keep the makeup minimal.
for the eyes, I would suggest black eyeliner (not a too thick line, though), because it will make you look both older and professional. and its really cool, as well. and somethink pink for the lips, but not too bright because bright colors, especially pink, can make you look younger and even a tad bit unprofessional, if too much. you can also add just a bit of blush. hope this helps and good luck with your job :)
