Baby lips really worked for me. When I was little I would always bite my lips so they got all chapped and weird, some times they'd bleed. In about 5 months my lips were baby soft.

Use a lip scrub, can make one using sugar and olive oil and work it all over your lips win circular motion, that will remove all the dead skin and then apply a moisturize lip balm, I use Burt's bee mango
