It's dumb & trashy. First off, why are you wearing a jacket with short shorts?
Also, those heels are not what you should be wearing with anything in this outfit.

Wear a simple loose crop top, and some low top sneakers with those shorts.

I agree with Vanessa on this one. those shorts are way too short for my taste. I also would not wear those fancy shoes with the lounge-wear hoodie OR short denim short-neither are fancy enough.
