I'm trying to stop biting my nails and have noticed I've been biting the skin on the side of my nails, and its going really dry and it makes me pick at it more... any advice on how to soften them up and heal them?

Soak nails in warm sudsy water. Next, rub lotion on nails and cuticals. After that, rub on baby oil or olive oil.

There's a product called solar oil, it's super hydrating and restorative, you can buy it at many beauty stores but it is cheaper online! It's a saviour!
