Loosing 20-200 hairs a day is normal, and everyone looses about 100 hairs a day, even if you don't think you do! Everyone is different though, so some loose more than others, but I'm deff concerned if you're stressed out about something? Because stress can do crazy things to your body and hair, and so can depression. So maybe you're stressing about something and then when you loose hair, you stress more about loosing it which makes you loose more...if that makes sense? I would just relax, and work on making some you time everyday to decompress from the day- just taking a bath, drink a glass of wine, or yoga&breathing techniques! Because if you're not looking clumps or chunks of hair at a time, nothing for a noticeable difference, or the hair is not growing back- then you shouldn't be concerned! IN the meantime, wash your hair at max 3 times a week, avoid hott water and hott tools on hair (as much as possible!). And if you color your hair, that can effect your hair loss too! xoxo.
