Two strand twist or Bantu knots. You can YouTube on how to do them. I use EQ Elasta Oil Olive and Mango Butter Curl Pudding to hold the style and Organic Coconut Oil.

Try protein treatments to bring it back to health! I like using an egg, warmed coconut oil and olive oil. leave it on your hair for about an hour. then shampoo and and deep condition. I would only do it once every two weeks. definitely not a once a week treatment!
