I have green eyes too and I love purples, I like the darker ones on myself. I also love browns mixed with copper and/or gold colors. Sometimes if I feel like adding a bit more color, I like navy blue liner. Hope that helps.

I have green eyes and purple works great. Sephora also has an awesome palette just for green eyes and I'm constantly using it. Comes with 6 shadows, a brown liner pencil, and instructions. I recommend that for starters!! It's only $20!!
