You can rip the bottoms of them in a jig- jagged form and put on top of an undershirt with some printed skinny jeans and a pony tail and some high tops!!

I was thinking of what stephany said I saw this cute thing on Pinterest where they took fabric paint and cut sponges into squares and triangles and made a super cute tribal shirt with them! You can also get them a little long and baggy and make tops that have the cute knot in the front it's really easy. Just need a pair if scissor and a shirt...I do a lot of diy stuff lol. I have too much time on my hands! Haha :P
