I have lots of layers in my hair so I can't really do much and my hair really isn't that long.. So I usually just do simple waves with y straightener.. Any other ideas I could do?

I use Remington's hot rollers set a lot. it gives you defined curls and lots of volume. the only downside is they can leave creases in your hair but I just use a flat iron to straighten them out. :)
