What are the best treatments or products to use to lighten body acne scars?

Since moving to Arizona, I've had an outbreak of acne on chest, back and shoulders. I'm 25 and I've never struggled with acne problems before. Now that acne is dissipating, it's leaving behind little dark marks! Does anyone know of any topical products they could help with this or is this a dermatologist's issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

There are body lotions that contain AHA which helps to lighten scars. I have used one by Eucerin and its worked well for me. Good luck (:
