Bottom or top? You just need practice. Maybe when you have nothing much to do Take some time practice. I usually use waterproof eyeliners to help with the eyeliner to stop running.

I usually put either concealer or I put eye shadow underneath my eyes! A pretty one...

Have you tried gel liner and a dab of matching shadow? That works wonders.I also like stila water proof liner which has staying power too.Another old trick is using the red color Maybelline eye liner pencil in any color melt the tip of it them wait till cooled down and use.

@Leidy great that should work for your waterline,hope it helps and as for eye primer and concealers that works to help prevent the color bleed but don't put those on waterline lol just below lash line.@Eileen your welcome hope it helps you to.

I bought rimmel waterproof black eyeliner pencil and it worked great for the water line because mine ways wears off but it was hard to wash off lol.

I agree with Monaia, I use the black by HoneyBee Gardens to set mine. It helps it look perfect all day long. It even lasts through my 7-8 hour school day!

Its a little $ but... Stops smudge stick, or Urban decay is PERFECT for tight lining. if you just use black.. SPLURGE. its worth it. ( I am an eye rubber)
