Try the smash box photo finish, or cashmere finish creme primer from Avon, the sephora make up forever brand, or even a light moisturizer after washing your face before applying your foundation. Whatever you like :)

Monistat chaffing gel for face and Urban Decay Primer Potion for the eyes. The Monistat has the same primary ingredients as Smashbox making it essentially a "drugstore dupe" for 1/3 of the price!! I used to use Smashbox and I honestly have found NO difference between that and the Monistat.
