What are the differences and similarites between naked palette 1 and naked palette 2?

To me the overall color selection is more warm toned in Naked 1 and more cool in Naked 2.

Exactly. But for younger people like teens. I'd recommend Naked1. Naked2 is more suitable for adults. :)
