How do I put on liquid eyeliner without getting any on my lashes?

It causes my lashes to clump when I apply mascara?!!?

Not sure what brand of eyeliner you are using but I like a felt tip liner or gel liner. If you prefer only liquid liner, wait until its completely dry (5-8 mins) before applying mascara to prevent clumping.

You can also put some make up remover on a q tip or fingers and run it over your lashes and let them dry to get rip of the liner on your lashes

I put liquid eyeliner on after I apply mascara. But I put mascara on first cause I make a mess out of it lol.
