Does anybody have any tricks of their own on how to dye all hair 1 color with a few blond streaks (later to dye blue). please don't say have a professional do it cuz I honestly can't afford it.

There's several box kits that have an all over dye and then high lights to add later. Then (this is super old fashioned) you can buy a cheapy blonde dye and use a toothbrush for the thicker chunky streaks. I did that several times in my teen years and it always turned out good.
