Make up and hair for work??

I work at a daycare and I'm always running around. I'm taking online college classes spring quarter so I don't really have the motivation to look cute! Lol. I seem to put my hair up cause I hate when my hairs in my face and my kids like to touch it! It's gross haha. I feel like I'm running out of styles I Braid my bangs back and I also do the upside down braid and I use headbands. I only know how to do a ballerina bun though for some odd reason!
And for make up I can be lazy. That's just how it is. I have no excuse :P haha. So any ideas??

For makeup go simple. If you're running around you don't want it to smudge. For hair, try a fish tail braid or a bun if kids touching your hair is a problem. The upside down braid with a bun sounds like good idea, you don't have to spend hours on it or worry about kids touching it.

A simple messy bun for hair would be nice so its out of you're face and kids can't mess it up. For makeup, I would use just the Loreal voluminous million lashes mascara. (:
