Rick it into high waist means it with some simple black leggings and flats. It's a pretty simple top and stripes always add a lot to anything so you don't want to over do it. it would look cute with black high waist shorts too.

With black leather skirts or black pleated skirts. Wear the skirts high waisted n of course tuck the shirt in. Add tights n cute boots.
