Ok so I have used cetaphil for longgggg. But now I see a noticeable chance in my skin. It is very dry. More on my cheeks. And I been using the same moisture neutrogena oil free. I am afraid to try something else. I do get occasional acne and filled with redness on my cheeks now. What so you suggest I do or buy?

I had terrible acne and my face is clear now! I use Spectro jel cleanser for blemish prone skin (Or you could use the one for dry skin), and I also use the moisturizer for combo skin (again, the dry skin one might work for you). I also used Spectro Jel deep pore vanishing lotion when I had acne (with 5% benzoyl peroxide) to assist in getting rid of my acne, but when you use that you need to moisturize even more. In that case, nightly apply macademia nut oil before your moisturizer and that will really help your dryness! Everything I mentioned is inexpensive and can all be found at Walmart. (: I love it and skin has never been clearer!
