I am having long hair and I trim them twice a month but still lots of split ends.. I got rough dry frizzy hair, without straightening it is impossible to handle. Please suggest a solution.

I just got a spray treatment from one on one argon oil, it definitely helps! I got it at Sally's beauty supply.
