Revlon ColorStay is a good foundation. For primer, I like Hard Candy's which can be found at Walmart. Since you don't wanna order online, I would check out what brushes ELF sells at Target (they have a bigger selection online), Sonia Kashuk brushes which are also sold at Target. For lipstick, my favorite brands are Revlon, Wet n Wild, Rimmel & Milani. NYC liquid liner is my favorite. For contouring, YouTube will probably be your best bet because visuals are better for that instead of trying to understand from reading. It can get pretty confusing the first time.

Try Fashion Fair (at Macy's), I personally work for Dior and I think you'd find a color from there. Prob in Dior Forever, I also know Lancome has your color.

Make sure to set your makeup, I recommend Urban Decay de slick. Black Opal is great from what I hear, but I recommend setting it with hd powder and urban decay deslick; covergirl queen collection I like, MAC studio fix, Kat Von D foundation. I like to use Smashbox primer and Sephora brand primer. As for blush I'll suggest NYX they're cheap and pigmented, some are dupes for higher end blushes or if you have a theatrical makeup store near by you can get La Femme, Ben Nye, and other prof grade blush for cheap. Wet n wild is my go to for brow/eyeliner. Go on youtube for contouring, I suggest Nitraab, beatfacehoney, beautybyjj, and destinygodley.

Michelle, what's your skin type? My mom has oily skin and she uses makeup forever a finds it works best for her (trust me she's tried like every brand out there) I use black opal as my concealer and if necessary I use mac's liquid foundation. Oh btw my skin type is "normal" I guess, lol

Bobbi brown all the way girl. Also try out nars foundations, they may not be as full coverage but they get the job done
