What's The Proper Way To Put On Concealer?

I'm just starting to use it and I don't have a concealer brush, some people say to use your fingers but I don't really want to. Is there anywhere I could get a good quality brush for a decent price if fingers don't work?

At first I just use to use my fingers but now I'm usuing a brush. The brush I use is ELF crease brush
