I have a problem with eczema or redness around my nose, I've tried creams and they never worked. It has a huge effect on my self-esteem and is the only reason I feel the need to wear makeup. So my question is, is there a concealer that will cover it completely and last or any tips on getting rid of it?

Do you have a dermatologist? I have eczema too. They give me this gel cream that really works. Also I'd try a thick cream concealer like OCC or Hard Candy. Also using coconut oil as a night moisturizer really helps balance out dry patches.

I used to have eczema. I still have tiny outbreaks sometimes, but when I had it, it was EVERYWHERE. Face, hands, fingers, toes, arms, stomach, legs. It was embarrassing.
I finally went to the doctor after trying creams and not having them work, and he gave me a steroid shot, and I haven't had bad outbreaks since. I'll get a patch every week or so, though. At least I'm sure it was a steroid shot he gave me. I'm pretty sure.
I know that my eczema was easily flared by things like makeup, soaps, lotions, etc, so I would be careful with putting a lot of makeup over the eczema. It was the case for me, but it may not necessarily be the case for you.
Like, Alli said, I'd suggest a thick cream concealer, also.
And try a hypo-allergenic moisturizer to sooth and help irritation and dryness.

Try to exfoliate gently, not too much because then your skin will just get very sensitive. For me, I love using aloe vera. It's my lifesaver haha :) I found some aloe vera lip balm (chapstick) and every night I would apply that to the eczema on my face area, especially around my nose. It gas helped me so much, its much softer and much less red :) hope you find a solution x
