I use tie racks to hang my necklaces. The twirl so I can reach them easy and I found these at my local dollar store. Now all my necklaces are out for me to see and they don't get tangled. you could also use a piece of cross stitch fabric strenched over a cross stitch hoop to organize all those earrings. Both those items are super cheap at craft stores. Or use a behind the door shoe organizer to put everything in. Hope that helps.

I bought an old picture frame and took the glass etc.. out. Then I stapled chicken wire to the back and hang earrings, necklaces on their. Its so cool and I have all my friends doing it now.
