Mix sugar honey and olive oil, add more sugar than anything else, and just put the smallest amount of oil, and just add as much honey as you want just make sure you have more sugar than honey, mix ingredients together scrub lips for 30-40 seconds wipe off, apply chapstick and keep the scrub for up to a week or so.

Just use your tooth brush and do circular motions while scrubbing, it'll take all the dead skin off. Than just moisturize with a lip balm... I'm loving the say yes to carrots one! Good luck
