Yesterday I had bought hair chalk and nail polish from Hot Topics new beauty brand Blackheart. So far both nail polishes are AMAZING. It goes on well as if you bought OPI. The hair chalk is pretty but I was wondering how to brighten it. Suggestions?

I chalk my hair and I have medium brownish hair and I just have to keep rubbing and rubbing to get t brighter. Also don't forget to dampen your hair quite a bit it makes it color easier.

If you buy normal white chalk wetten it and use it on your hair then use the hair chalk then use straighteners or a curling iron/wand It might dry out your hair before you wash it out but if you use a good conditioner it should be fine
