I say just concealer,powder, blush with mascara and just a light sweep of mascara! it's really nice and natural. however, for something more dramatic you could use a gold or a brown in your crease to make the blue pop more. also, giving your eyebrows a good combing always helps open up your eyes! :)

If anything wear abit of tinted moisturiser and lip gloss. you are so young you should wait a couple more years before wearing full make up. you and your skin will appreciate it xx

You should just use a tinted moisturiser, lip gloss and mascara maybe som eye liner I'm 13 as well but I just kinda a lot of makeup heh;)<3.
