I used to have a boyfriend who would TELL ME to shave my arms. & me being an insecure teenager, I did - I shaved every single time I saw him & my arm hair is NOT thicker or darker. That's a complete myth.

Now I'm in my 20's & shave once a month or so. I've never had problems with it appearing darker.

I don't recommended shaving cause it is extra work if anything get some special arm hair bleach and lighten them so it not as noticable.
