Does using first copies of high-end lipsticks cause dark lips?

I'm not sure what you mean by "first copies" but using lipstick won't cause the lips to darken.

First copies are "big end replicas" or fakes. and yes they can cause all kinds of dangerous side effects including darkening your lips.
