What to do wirh your Beauty Ideas?

Have you ever had an idea for a eye shadow palette but didnt know what to do with that idea? I'm not trying to start a business or anything, but would love to submit an idea to a company and get some kind of credit or compensation for it. Anyone have any ideas about how to go about doing something like that?
