I would watch simplynailogical’s or Desi Perkins’ video about growing your nails out! In the video of the former she says that by moisturizing her cuticles + nails with a mixture of jojoba oil & vitamin e oil, keep her nails strong but flexible.

I have heard doing gel nails or the nail powders help keep your nails healthier then acrylics. That is what I am trying

Currently I'm using Nail Aid Keratin 3 Day Growth and it's working well. I've also used Nailtique #2 with good results. Good luck.

I try to grow out my nails. I've been biting my nails until I was about 18 or 19 years old. I then got acrylics so I finally had some nice looking nails and I finally stopped biting them! But after a few years I quit getting them because of my job I was having at that time. Ever since then I was struggling to grow my nails. They are weak and brittle and they split and tjey break... it's horrible! I tried oils and creams and different nail treatments and the first thing that seems to work is the microcell nail repair lacquer. Do you have any other tips for me? Maybe an special routine or an special treatment, like something I can DIY?
