Can someone please give me health or excercise advice that will help me tone my stomach, legs, and butt? I'm trying to get my beach body back and I have plans to do modeling soon. So any advice or tips?

squats are amazing at toning your thighs and butt and I also recommend running/jogging too.. for the stomach do sit ups and crunches :) drink lots and lots of water and go fruit and veggies mad staying away from all kinds of junk food also having 20 almonds a day great for weightloss too and green tea will melt away cellulite cut back on carbs and meat and always go for all the healthier options hope this helps :)

Green tea! At least 3 cups a day. Not only will it get rid of bloating, but it speeds up your metabolism:)

total body exercises are proven to be far more effective than isolation excercises. think about HIIT workouts. fitnessblender.com, bodyrock.tv are some free resources, but really there are virtually thousands of free resources!
eat small healthy stuff more frequently (eating small but often keeps your metabolism running better than three squares a day) go veggie crazy and lean meats crazy. easy on the fruits and nuts. veggies are carbs, but the only "good" kind and they cover fiber, so you don't really NEED grains like oats wheat and corn. avoid these. try making your bread like goodies with almond or coconut flours. avoid sugar. avoid soda (yes, even diet). be selective with dairy (life without cheese isn't worth living, but remember portion control). what you put in your body as fuel has far more impact than what you do with your body. have fun and stay motivated! :D
