PLEASE HELP don't know what to do next.

I am trying to get my hair from black to a light/medium auburn but have no clue what step to do next.
I've used color oops to remove previous black dye, it lightened it to an ugly orange color, its still somewhat patchy and my roots are dark... what do I do now?
any recommendations?
I really do need help! thank you❤
