So I went to Sephora got color matched for my daughter and she really wants to try Estée Lauder but I don't know what color to buy. She wears Tan Sand in Tarte Amazonian clay if that can help. Thank you.

Do you have a Macy's, dillards, Bloomingdales, etc. around you? they should have an estee lauder counter in there that you can get a good sized sample from. that should help you get a good color match and find out if the foundation is right before spending money on it.

Thank you Aleena I do have one like half hour away which I was going to go to. My only hurdle is my daughter is in school and I cannot take her out to get matched and I was trying to surprise her because she is trying to wear mine and it is way to light and pink for her. Lol Maybe I could get a sample for her. I have the Tarte one so I can try to match it to that.

The Sephora website doesn't have an exact match for Tan Sand in the Double Wear Foundation, but you could try either Ivory Beige or Wheat. Wheat is darker than Ivory Beige so if the Tan Sand matches her perfectly then go with Ivory Beige because she can always warm up the foundation with bronzer if she needs to. It's easier to make a lighter foundation match than a darker one.
