Oh your hair looks sooo nice now! I want that kind of change. thank you for the advice.I'm thinking about coloring it again with a dye box. But only on hairs where it did not get colored at all. Maybe then it will look more like balayge ^^
I also wanna tone my brassy hair. Or atleast touch it with products to make it more soft other than goldish

Go back and let them fix it for free. if it didnt turn out the way you wanted or if youre not happy with it, they should deff fix it for free! And let somebody else do it and not her.. I had this happen to me too and I fixed it by just put a lightbrown non permanent dye on top of it. Just an earth light brown. It was a little dark at first but now I have lightbrown hair with highlights. but again I should let it get fixed!!

Well as I said previously. I do not want to go there again since I have been there second time for free, and I do not trust her to do it again. Whether it is free or not
I rather fix it at home.
