Hi ladies,

Any recommendations for exfoliaters for acne prone skin that will do its job. I'm open to using anything, from clean and clear, freederm etc

Hi Jess, what is your budget? If you have access to Sephora, The Glam Glow daily cleanser has been great for my acne. I first use Dermatological acne cleaner, than the Glam Glow. As needed I use the Glam Glow mask for spot cleaning. It took me awhile to find the right combination of products for my skin care. Hope this helps!

I live in England so I don't even know what Sephora is sorry 🙈I'll have a look tho because I may be able to get it imported. Thank you so much Monica!

You can get GlamGlow in Boots now Jess. :) I haven't tried it myself but thought I might provide the info haha as I know the struggles of being UK/EU based!

Do you have Lush? Herbalism is an awesome cleanser that also exfoliates. It's meant for oily, acne prone skin. I can't live without mine.

If you're looking for an incredible line of products that will really work on cleansing and balancing the skin, might I suggest May Lindstrom's products? Her Problem Solver Mask is incredible and works beautifully at deep cleansing the skin without being too harsh or abrasive. I always follow that with her Toner Spray & then finish with (my all-time favorite) The Blue Cocoon, a Blue Tansy balm that does wonders for any skin type or problem. May's products may be an investment, originally, but they last forever! And, I believe she now has a "kit" that contains most of the items I mention here for around $238. FYI: Exclusively on Beautylish. Best wishes, Shelbie =) @beautydaughtmom

Try The ordinary skin care, here on Beautylish. Their products are AMAZING and very budget friendly. I used to spend more than 1K a year in skin care (I'm Sephora Rouge member) and I have tried almost anything on the market. With sensitive and acne prone skin, at the age of 39, I was getting agitated when spending so much and honestly not seeing results that would justify the money I spent on Glamglow, Sunday Riley, Shiseido, Fresh... You name it, I've tried it! I am so, so happy to decide to check The ordinary. After seeing that Wayne Goss left positive reviews on some of the products, I had to try them too. And I couldn't be happier that I did!! Try The ordinary products, for their price you can't go wrong!
Good luck
