I've never been a big fan of foundation, which is why I prefer bb/cc creams. However I do not know how I can achieve a natural look using bb creams and concealer. My main skin concern would be a little bit of uneven skin tone and bad under eye circles, and I break out here and there but not a whole lot. I have oily skin, however I have used matte foundations before and it always makes my face look so dry and powdery in some areas, I don't find that matte products works for me, but I feel like if I use a dewy bb/cc cream it'll cause my face to look all greasy. What can I do to achieve a natural look, starting from prepping my face to actually applying the products? Thank you!

Maybelline makes a matte BB cream have you tried that one?

Also, I would definitely try a primer before you apply any makeup. NYX, Maybelline and ELF make nice ones.

you would apply a think layer of the primer and leave it until it is not "wet" anymore. then you can apply a very thin layer of whatever BB cream you use, and apply concealer where necessary. I would get a translucent powder and apply a very tiny bit of it ONLY to the oily areas, and also set your concealer with that. For a natural look after that, some people do brown mascara, very lightly shade in eyebrows with whatever closely matches your eyebrow color, apply a natural rosy pink color to the cheeks, and use just chopstick or clear lip gloss on the lips.

I love wearing CC cream for a natural look! What I do is apply my CC cream, apply concealer under my eyes and anywhere I need extra coverage, and then set only my under eye area with translucent powder that way it doesn't crease throughout the day. Then I apply bronzer and blush so it kind of sets the CC cream in those areas but I'm not losing the glow/dew that it has all over the skin. A little bit of a brow fill in, mascara, and a lip color and I'm done (:

Moisturize. Creating a the perfect base for your makeup is very important....
Conceal. Hide away any dark circles, fine lines or blemishes with a concealer....
Powder or light foundation. We recommend to use a powder or an airy liquid foundation....
Subtle blush....
Neutral shadows....
Nude lip....
Little mascara (if any)....
No liner.

For me...powder foundation or light coverage foundation, concealer (been loving Tarte Shape Tape), blush, highlight, lipstick, mascara. 10-15 minutes and I'm out the door.
