Best Way To Apply Lipstick?

I don't know why I am having just a difficult time with lipstick. It looks my bottom lip has what it seems an underline. Any ideas what I should do.

You can use a lipliner prior to applying lipstick to create a more even color base. I usually fill in my whole lip with mine since I have the same issue 🙂
