Acne scars/red marks- how to heal.

I have a lot of red marks left over from when I had mild acne about 6 months ago and some literally won't go! will they eventually disappear and are there any affordable good products that work?

Paula's Choice and Drunk Elephant are some good lines to look at, as well as Alpha Hydrox. I used AHAs and BHAs to get rid of mine. Professional treatments usually from a dermatologist is best, more cost efficient in the long run with more satisfying results. Going to a dermatologist ran cheaper for me than going to a Spa or Esthetician and the % was much higher.
