Whoch make up is best for my eyes?

As you can see I have really small brown eyes.
With them I find it hard to mentain eyeliner on the obove lid of my eye.
However, besides the "title" question, do I even must have eyeliner on my eyes due to their shape and size?

I have slightly hooded eyes, the outer corner of my eye is beginning to over lap my natural crease area. I find it hard to do eyeliner so I just don't do it. If you don't like the look of eye liner or just find it's hard to do with your eye shape, you don't have to do it. Do whatever you like and feel comfortable with :)

I have hooded eyes too. There are ways to do eyeliner for hooded eyes. I would check out some youtube tutorials. I generally don't line all the way around my eyes because they are small and I don't want them to look smaller. I don't do wings because I feel like they draw attention to the overlap.
