How To Curl Shoulder Length Hair?

I've got shoulder length hair.. I'm sick of it being straight :( help me curl or make waves! Please please please!

Put it in rollers. Hot tools and curling irons typically won't work as well with shorter hair.

Rollers don't work either. I've tried the foam and the ones you pin in..
