Piercing infection what to do?

Hi beauties (sorry to the moderators if it's in the wrong section)
I've had my first ear piercing when I was 3 years old then I decided to do another one just above it 5 years ago.
it was ok until now , it's itchy and if I touch it it hurts and smells so bad I tried to disinfect both my ears and my earings but when I put them on it's just terrible.
These days it's a lot less itchy and a lot less sensitive but there's still the smell and I don't know what to do any tips?

For my bellybutton I've found that witch hazel works wonders. It's cheap and is found at most drugstores.

Sorry Anissa, I mean what is it made of?
for years I wore cheap earrings then I became allergic to fake jewelry and it was so itchy. so you may need to get better jewelry if thats the case
