Hi beauties- looking for a new brush for powder contour. I have been using Real Techniques sculpting brush and it's too large. I've tried my Sonia Kashuk fan brush and it's not dense enough. I only contour my cheekbones and temples- I already have a small tapered chin. Price isn't really an issue- but I want an individual brush, not a set :)

I have the real techniques contour brush as well and I hate it. It's way too dense to contour IMO. I have the NARS ITA brush and it's also a big waste of money. Lately I've been using my wet and wild angled contour brush (the pink and white collection) that I found at dollar tree and I love it!!

I use a brush that is almost identical to this. It gives me a perfect contour every time. It's not too dense, so it doesn't deposit too much color and make it hard to blend. It allows you to build up color and the shape is so perfect. I've tried angled brushes and the ITA brush, but brushes like the one in this picture are hands down the best.

I use the Luxie Large Angled brush to contour and before that I was using the Morphe E8 (:

Thanks so much for the suggestions- I have heard the Ita was overpriced and overrated. I picked up a couple of Elf brushes this morning and they are better than my RT contour brush. I will have to look at the other brushes 🙂

I use the wet and wild dollar tree one as well, honestly works pretty great for $1.

I don't think I have a Dollar Tree in my area but I do see Wet N Wild at the drugstore. For a dollar, I will definitely pick one up!

Favorite for contouring is either the flat Morphe or for more bronzer style a tapered Juvia's Place
