We have a holiday meeting at work on Sunday and the dress code is business casual and the concept colors are black, white, red, and gray.
I'm not entirely sure how to do business casual so any suggestions for outfits would be greatly appreciated!

For business casual I would do a nice pair of dark wash skinny jeans and a nice button-down, with a pair of flats.

I'd describe business casual as wearing nice and neat everyday clothes, so no short shorts, trousers with holes, dirty sneakers, baggy hoodies,... With the colours given, either a dress or grey/ black jeans and any kind of top, maybe with a blazer or cardigan would be nice. With business casual in a new environment, I always make sure to overdress rather than possibly underdress for the first occasion, just to see what everyone else is wearing.

Thank you, ladies! I didn't even think to wear a dress and I definitely have plenty of them so I'll probably go with that (:

Alexis, I've been to too many Sephora holiday meetings to know that they're never serious about dress code lol. You could wear black jeans and a concept color top and be good to go. All of us would dress pretty casual but put together unless we had a specific dress up theme. Hope that helps! :)

Kiran, our district manager is actually going to be at our meeting so the dress code is being taken very seriously (:
