Going to Ulta/Sephora to get a foundation match for the first time, any tips?
is it best to wear no makeup at all, spot conceal, or wear makeup and match the neck?

I agree with Essie. You should show your true self so that it matches. As a tip, for a more natural look, ask them to match the foundation with your neck.

Don't wear any makeup, they're just going to take off anything you put on anyways so they can get a true match especially if they're using the Color IQ at Sephora.
