Okay so yesterday, I removed my acrylic manicure. My nails are so damaged and sensitive There are eve spots toward the end where the nail kind of ripped off (just on the end). How do I recover quickly and restore my nails? Is coconut oil good for this?

I went through this when I removed my gels. What I did was got myself some
Nailtiques 2.
It's a protein polish for damaged nails. You put one coat on every day until your nails are healthy again. Of course you can remove it once a week, or whatever, and start over. Do not use other polish of any kind. Just one coat of Nailtiques 2 a day and in a few months, your nails should be getting healthy again. I just went through a stage where my nails were splitting and dry for no reason, and I began using the Nailtiques 2 again, and they are strong, healthy and beautiful again. Now that my nails are healthy again, I switched to Nailtiques 1. Check it out and good luck!

Any oil is good for your cuticles. Find the one that makes yours soft. I prefer almond oil, others like Shea butter, and there are many coconut oil fans!

If I had a nickel for every time I put the time/money into a full set of acrylics and ripped them off 2 weeks later...
Coat your nails/fingertips with Vaseline before bed and wear gloves to sleep. During the day, try to keep rubbing a little coconut or olive oil on them as well. They'll be good as new in no time

Manicure and let your nails rest. They also sell over the counter nail treatment to get your nails looking and being healthy again but honestly it's not needed just get a manicure and maybe even switch over to gel for a while and you'll see a great difference!
