Oily hair but dry scalp.

I have this problem with my hair where its oily but then my scalp is dry. When I treat my hair to prevent oil it drys out my scalp, but when I use something to get rid of my dandruff and irritated scalp it tends to make my hair oily. I have tried multiply products and would love for you guys to recommend one that would help.

I don't have any products to recommend but I suffer from similar issues, my doctor recommended eating more omega 3 (flax seed, fish, or either in pill form) and consuming more fermented foods like Kefir to treat holistically. Hope that helps. 😊
