Trying to grow my hair as long as I can but I keep getting split ends. Should I go for regular trims or should I wait until its longer before getting it trimmed?

Regular trims! I grew my hair out really long and didn't cut if for a year and then it was super damaged, especially because I straighten/curl it nearly every day. Then it got so damaged that I had to get like 4 inches cut off. So I would recommend getting it trimmed regularly (:

If you don't abuse it with harsh chemicals and straightening or curling irons so much it won't happen

Regular trims are a must! So is shampooing believe it or not! Only shampoo your scalp and massage it only into your scalp As you rinse the shampoo will naturally cleanse the rest of your hair. Your hair is most vulnerable when it's wet. Avoid rubbing it to dry it in a towel, instead rapid and a towel for a few minutes. Never brush wet hair. Comb it through starting from the ends up. I Like to add some type of oil before I do this. You can either throw it up in a bun to dry or blow dry it on a cool or warm setting keeping the dryer 6 inches away from your hair to reduce damage.

You may want to lay off the flat iron the blow dryer and the curling iron for a while. If you're like me who's been cursed with ultrafine hair, a lot of heat protecting styling products simply don't do the trick

Regular trims ! My hair has grown the most since I've had regular trims ! Use hot oil treatment once a week and put extra conditioner on the ends of your hair and leave on for 2 or 3 mins xx

Regulate trims, treatment oils and a scalp massage to help stimulate hair growth! And it feels soooooo good!
