I'm still looking for a good liquid eyeliner not for waterline but the one on the eyelid for a good cat we that doesn't smudge and stays on please let me know the kind you ladies use I don't use pen like ones either the picture below is the kind I would use thanks ladies.

Not exactly liquid as such more like a gel/cream but I use benefit they're real eyeliner pen and can honestly say it's the best one I've ever used
