Help! Deciding between which shade of MAC concealer to purchase?

I want to purchase a concealer by MAC. I usually go for Prolongwear Concealer. Even though, it's my HG concealer, I would like to try their concealer stick. My shade is NW45 in MSF Natural and concealer in nw40. Should I try out the concealer stick? if so, which shade?
