No I don't primer doesn't help me even the moisterizer ones and if I use primer n moisterizer I'm going to look more sweaty I use the mac mineralize FOUNDATION after I use my moisterizer which is Centaphil and I just look super oily/sweaty.

I would stop using Cetaphil moisturizer- there are better options. I have dry skin but I use all of my heavy treatments at night and then remove the excess in the morning with Bioderma micellar water. A good daytime drugstore option is CeraVe AM. Very lightweight. I like Dermalogica Active Moist or Ole Henriksen Sheer Transformation for daytime moisturizers. I also use Dr Jart Ceramidin liquid before moisturizer (it's a hydrating serum). If my skin is feeling dry, I will use MAC Fix + over my skincare, before my makeup. I set my t-zone with RCMA no color and then use UD All Nighter as a setting spray.

Well I have dry skin so it actually helps me I have always used moisterizers but primers actually dry my skin out so this helps me a lot so I don't think that you would need more moister for your skin if you're skin is oily. the foundation is dewy so I'm going to try to see if I can get something somewhat matte but not to much.
